Clients wanted a 3 phase redesign project that improved and rejuvenated the overall aesthetic of the landscape for the whole condo.

The condo has both semi-shade and full exposure to sunlight, so we introduced shrubs that thrived in both environments. We also introduced vibrant groups of flowers whose leaves colour and leaves pattern matched the aesthetics of the condo.

The previous grass turfing was uneven so we excavated and returfed the surface with new cow grass.
